Portugal North Coast

We stopped for lunch across from this ancient water fountain near Coimbra. We have passed many water fountains, not quite as grand as this one, but they say the water should not be consumed as it has not been treated. That wouldn't have worried travellers hundreds of years ago of course. We helped ourselves to some mandarins growing by the side of the road then we were off again.
